Old City Hall is happy to introduce our Preferred Employer Program.*

If you are currently employed by one of the companies listed below, you may qualify for $250 off of your first month of rent. You must show proof of employment and sign a lease agreement for 12 months or longer.

In addition, you may also qualify for a reduced security deposit of $250. Please contact our office for more information. We look forward to helping you!
